We hope you like what you order from us. But if you don’t, we will stand behind everything we sell. If you find what you bought is much indifferent from our description of the products as we post, or has much inconformity on color, or quality, you can return it for a replacement or refund within up to 30 days after you receive the order.

This guarantee of ours doesn’t cover samples in very small quantities or damage caused by improper use or accidents, or any other Irresistible forces under the objective conditions that are unpredictable, unavoidable or insuperable.

If the item you received is totally wrong according to the order details you asked for, you’d better contact us to decide it should be returned, or just thrown it away according to the merchandise value.


Returning Items


Usually you can return your purchases by mail or at any of our available locations, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone. Proof of purchase is required.

Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

Name, address, phone, and email, are required to process your mailed in return.

No proof of purchase? We can help locate proof of purchase if you used an member number for your order. Include a note with the following information:

Purchases not posted to an membership are required to provide proof of purchase for all retail transactions.

If merchandise is returned that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you.

Used items must be cleaned prior to return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to our Returns Department, your return may be denied and merchandise returned to you.




Want to order a replacement item? You can order your replacement item online at, talking to us by E-mail, or by calling 86-575-8335-3700.

You will be charged the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

You will be responsible for shipping costs up front if necessary, or if any.

When exchanging the same item for a different size or color, place your order online and we will match the original purchase price on your exchange, where applicable. Then return your original item for refund.

All retail purchases will be refunded in the form of a Paypal invoice, mailed to the name and address provided (member name and address when no receipt provided).

In normal circumstance, all online and phone orders will be refunded to the original payment type to the member name and address on file.

Include your replacement order number with your return and we will refund all standard shipping charges paid on your replacement order. Sorry, we do not refund expedited shipping charges because the international express shipping is really expensive less item returned is determined to be defective after inspection.
